  • Every additional 1-1000 sq. ft. - $25

• Social Media Video (~60s) - $175

• Matterport 3D Virtual Tours - $.15 per square foot w/one year of hosting

• Virtual Tour Page - $75

  • Compliant with one MLS

    Payment is due within seven days of the invoice date.

    If payment has not been made within fourteen days of the invoice date, a fee of 10% of the total will be applied every week thereafter.

    There is a $75 fee for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.

Homes should be prepared for photos prior to the arrival of the photographer.

The above fees are applicable for any shoot within an hour of Bernardsville. A travel fee may be applied in other locations.
