One 15 minute virtual consultation is included with the below services when requested.

• Photography up to 25 Edited Images - $350

  • Every additional image - $5

• Aerial Photography - $350 per property or,

  $75 when combined with other services

• Laser-Measured Floor Plans up to 3,500 sq. ft. - $250

  • Every additional 500 sq. ft. - $25

• Marketing Video (~60s) - $350

• Matterport 3D Virtual Tours - $.16 per square foot w/one year of hosting

  There is a $50 fee for same-day cancellations which are not weather-related.

Homes should be prepared for photos prior to the arrival of the photographer.

The above fees are applicable for any shoot within an hour of Bernardsville. A travel fee may be applied in other locations.
